Registered Office

All limited companies must have a registered office

All limited companies must have a registered office, where Companies House, the Inland Revenue and legal authorities can serve official documents and assume that they have been received by the company directors, but this does not need to be your trading address. There may be advantages to keeping them separate.

Our Northern Ireland Registered Office service provides a city centre address and mail forwarding to give your business a professional air, right from the start!

If you work from home but prefer a city centre address, or if you don’t have a suitable address within Northern Ireland. If the company is based/registered in GB or the Republic of Ireland we can provide you with a registered office in these jurisdictions.

Directors can provide a service address which means that their home address does not appear on public record information. We can also provide this service for an annual fee.

As part of money laundering regulations we have to ask you a few questions, and check each director/shareholder according to money laundering regulations to provide this service.
