For a new company, each proposed director must complete Companies House identity verification and have their personal code available for the incorporation filing. This is separate from the compliance and money-laundering checks we carry out as part of our service.
Each proposed director needs their Companies House personal code before the new company can be registered. PSCs are also subject to Companies House identity-verification requirements.
