Companies House and HMRC mail forwarded to you. UK forwarding is included; overseas forwarding is available.
Keep one stable registered office even if your home or trading address changes.
✓ The service is subject to identity, address and business checks required under UK Money Laundering Regulations.
How it works
You provide the company details, business activities and the address where you would like statutory mail forwarded.
We review the application and carry out the identity, address and business checks required before the service can be activated.
Once approved, we’ll confirm the Belfast address and begin forwarding Companies House and HMRC mail to your nominated address.
Mail handling
The service covers Companies House and HMRC correspondence. Speak to us first if you need customer, supplier or parcel deliveries handled.
A company’s statutory registered office must be in the same UK jurisdiction it is registered in. Our Belfast address is for Northern Ireland-registered companies — it cannot be the statutory registered office for a company registered in England, Scotland or Wales.
Annual service
The service is renewed annually. Existing clients can submit their renewal online and keep their forwarding details up to date.
Every company must maintain an appropriate registered office address at all times. It must be a physical address in the same UK jurisdiction as the company and cannot be a PO Box on its own.
Company post delivered to the address should come to the attention of someone acting for the company, and it must be possible for the sender to obtain an acknowledgement of delivery.
Registered office: The company’s official legal address. It appears on the public register and receives statutory Companies House and HMRC mail.
Director service address: A public correspondence address for a director. This is separate from the registered-office service unless it is specifically included in your package.
Trading address: The place where the business operates. It does not need to be the same as the company’s registered office.
Registered email: Companies must also provide Companies House with a registered email address. It is used for official communications but is not shown on the public register.
