Register your Company

Once you have decided on a name, we need to know where your company will be based (NI, Scotland or England/Wales), you also need to nominate a primary 'Registered Office'.

In the relevant area of UK (NI/Scotland/England Wales). This is the official address of the company and the address where Companies House and the Revenue and Custom will send official correspondence. We can provide registered office service with a city centre address.

Who owns the company?

So you have a name and address, now we need to know who will own the business. This can be a single individual or if you are working with others, more than one person.

This must include the following:

A company must have a mimimum of one director [a natural person who is aged over 16].

For each director/shareholder you will need:

• Full Name (including any former names
• Date of Birth
• Nationality
• Occupation

Each director also needs to provide THREE OUT OF THE FOLLOWING SEVEN details to authenticate themselves to Companies House:

• First 3 letters - town of birth
• First 3 letters - mother's maiden name
• First 3 letters - father's first name
• Last 3 digits - telephone number
• Last 3 digits - passport number
• Last 3 digits - national insurance number

These details are used to authenticate each director should changes be required.
