Our Northern Ireland Registered Office service provides a city centre address and mail forwarding to give your business a professional air, right from the start!

All limited companies must have a registered office, where Companies House, the Inland Revenue and legal authorities can serve official documents and assume that they have been received by the company directors, but this does not need to be your trading address. There may be advantages to keeping them separate.

If you work from home but prefer a city centre address, or if you don’t have a suitable address within Northern Ireland or in the appropriate part of Great Britain or the Republic of Ireland we can provide you with a registered office.

Our registered office service covers the reasonable cost of forwarding mail by first class post. All mail is dispatched on a Friday and if an item is urgently required we will forward on request.

The company’s registered office address and company number must appear on its letterheads, invoices, order forms, websites and financial documents.

Directors can provide a service address which means that their home address does not appear on public record information. We can provide this service for an annual fee.
